DACA Information

West Virginia University does not track the DACA status of our students. The University is committed to maintaining an inclusive, welcoming campus for all students, faculty, and staff.

On Tuesday, September 5, 2017 the Trump administration announced plans to end the Obama-era Deferred Action for Child Arrival administrative program with a six-month delay.
The Office of Global Affairs will be continuously monitoring updates and developments to DACA in the coming months and working with all students to ensure that they are connected with the appropriate resources.
